Sarah has 20 years’ experience in Software, Product Management, Telecommunications and Training. Sarah leads several varied organisation wide initiatives to support Peppermint colleagues, our third-party partners, and our customers (our holistic software users), to achieve their business outcomes, via improved transparency, operational readiness, best practice processes (throughout the SDLC & operations), knowledge management, learning and development programmes, new tooling implementations and needs analysis projects.

Prior to joining Peppermint, Sarah was a Director of Product Management at Experian, responsible for the strategy led EDA software product portfolio, leading a global team of product management and process improvement specialists. Sarah spearheaded significant change across the global functions of Development, Support, Delivery, Consultancy, Marketing & Sales during her 10 year tenure.
