Martin’s goal is to deliver, drive and develop the IT functions for Internal and External facing customer assets. Providing performant, secure, and resilient platforms across our CX and CX365 product stack, for both our multi-tenant systems and our dedicated managed service customers. Managing and developing the IT Operations, DevSecOps and Internal IT teams to promote and maximise our offerings to existing customers, new prospective customers, and the Peppermint business.

Martin is closing in on 25 years’ experience supporting and maintaining several Legal Software packages, having started his career at Mountain Software, then IRIS for 13 years and has now been with Peppermint for over 11 years.
