The Customer Success Team's key objectives are to proactively ensure that our customers achieve their desired outcomes when using our software, both operationally and strategically. To help drive customer satisfaction and to retain and grow our existing customer base.
Kirsten has spent most of her adult life in England, having grown up in South Africa where she studied Human Resources.
