Browne Jacobson has embarked on a strategic program of technology investment to underpin the next wave of innovation in the way they service their clients. It was identified that a single Case Management and Matter Management platform, deployed across the firm, would be the keystone. This is because it will provide everyone with a single place to go in the morning, to access all the information and tools that they need to work effectively, providing a unified experience across the firm.
Following a comprehensive review of the market, the firm selected Peppermint’s Case and Matter Management platform due to:
