Meet The Green Team: Beverley Hinchliffe

We sat down with Beverley Hinchliffe, Executive Assistant at Peppermint Technology, to get to know a bit more about her and hear about what makes life at Peppermint so great!

How long have you been working at Peppermint?

2 years in July.

What’s your favourite memory of working at Peppermint?

Last year’s all company Kick Off event where we were split off into teams and were tasked with building a go kart. It certainly brought out the competitiveness in everyone and we all had a good laugh which after all the isolating due to Covid was a welcome relief. And of course our team won!!

What has been your greatest achievement during your time working at Peppermint?

Winning the “Together” award for 2022 was a wonderful surprise and very humbling. It was lovely to be recognised.

Who do you enjoy working with the most at Peppermint?

I should probably say the Executive Team given I’m the EA but honesty it would be hard to single anyone out. I enjoy working with all our colleagues – everyone is committed and friendly, but equally unique and with their own special skill set. To work with a variety of people and personalities is what makes work enjoyable.

Do you have any pets?

Not at the moment. With two young boys and a busy work/family life, finding time for pets is a little difficult. Though in the past we did have two rabbits named Ben and Jerry.

What would your dream holiday destination be?

I’d like to return to Boston, MA – I lived and worked there around 15 years ago and I absolutely loved it. It would be good to go back and reminisce, and to get a real Dunkin’ Donuts as the UK version doesn’t quite compare!
